How to treat vomiting/ nausea during pregnancy post Nissen fundoplication

I have read a few posts re: not being able to vomit post having nissen fundoplication surgery & was wanting to talk more with people out there. I have my surgery done twice (post not being sucessful the first time) and have since had one episode where I needed to vommit and couldn't, approximately 5 years post surgery. At the time, I had all the motions of vomiting, however nothing was able to come up. I experienced extreme pain from the vomiting motions that lasted for considerable time, and wanded how I didn't reverse the operation. To date, I do not have not experienced this sinece, however am extremenly careful with my lifestyle and dietary habits. UI am wanting to get pregnant soon, and wandering how and what to do if this does caruse to be an issue. If anybody can assist, I would be most grateful.
