Hypertension and Indigestion Problem

m a 23 years old, boy, I have this problem,

September 19, I have a diarrhea, it is watery, on my 3rd poop, My mom gave me an imodium (immodium) or an anti diarrhea. But i noticed when I came to my office i still got poop and I saw blood in my poop. and I feel like light headed, and feel like uranating I check my wieght 188lbs

September 20, morning, I feel like light headed and I vomited. But I notice that I can poop may be the effects of imodium (immodium) are still on, feel like urinating

September 21,  I check my weight, and im weighting at 193 lbs and my BP is 120/80. I feel a pain on my left side abdomen towards to my almost left testicles. and still feel uranating and I got a Hemoriod in my ***

September 22, I check up to a clinic and my blood test and urine test is ok. and Diagnose of Dyspepsia i was given Contyian syrup and Zegacid capsule and advice to take a vegie diet, Then I started to feel good.

September 26, after 4 days, I started again to feel like lightheaded again and feel like vomiting. .

September 27, when I woke up I feel like dizzy and pain left neck. Probably according to my mom maybe i got Hypertension. and I never got poop again Also I feel like a pain on my left testicles

September 28, In the office clinic I check my weight and im at 190lbs. Because I feel dizzy and i got neck pain, I check my BP and im at 140/100. So the nurse suggest to go to the nearest hospital and she gave me Captopril and when I see a doctor My BP is now at 120/80. The doctor gave me (i forgot the brand of my medicine for my colon), Inoflox, and Hytaz for my Highblood. According to him my colon probably gave me a Hypertension. I have also a Ultra sound in my whole abdomen and all are NORMAL

September 29, I check my Blood pressure and Im still at 150/100 even though I got take my High blood medicine. But my poop is ok and the pain in my lower abdomen near the left testicle is reduce.

September 30, I check again my weight and now Im weighing in at 186lbs. and My hypertension is at 150/100 and also i feel like strangling in my neck and I cant hardly breathe. My dad gave me Neobloc and my Pressure is at 130/100. Also I feeling deaf or hear like air pockets in my ear

Now I sometimes have sweats during sleep, my left abdomen sometimes hurts, my lower back have discomfort, I sometime cough because of strangling sensation, lightheaded, and I cant think seriously, also I feel like there is something inside of my throat, I dont think this is a sore throat but it feels like it in my Thyroid.

Please Help me... Im almost crying because I cant work because of this. I feel like dying.... Also my weight is going up and down very fast... Whats going to me?

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  Are you still having the diarrhea?  Have you had any testing done by your doctor?  I would recommend that that you see your doctor and get some testing done such as blood tests. Good luck.
