Hypodense nodule on pancreas tail

Radiologist saw 4mm hypodense nodule on tail of pancreas. What does hypodense indicate: solid tumor, cyst? Nodule was found incidently on ct scan of chest. Recommendation is to re-scan in 2 months. Thank you.
