Hypodensity of left liver lobe 3mm found on ct scan

I went for a Ct. scan, primarily for fibroid related issues... when I got my report back, besides the typical fibroid stuff, that my gyn. expected, and a ovary hypodensity, I also had a 3mm hypodensity on my left liver lobe.  Ok, I am  NOW concerned w/ this.  I had a virus, I think the swine flu, and had bloodwork done, last summer. Liver enzymes were raised, so was monitored all summer, and they came back to normal. In Jan. had 6 month check up, all normal.  Is this 3 mm. hypodensity something to be really worried about. My gen. doctor and gyn. were NOT.. I requested CT and brought to my gastro. dr. to review. He won't get to until MOnday!!!!  Ok, My liver was normal size on the CT, too.... and all other areas fine.... help!!!! Can I have my Beer/ Wine for HH.. social drinker, After my liver enzyme scare, I drink, but in moderation!!! I was never told to NOT to, no fatty liver, and I had an ultrasound in May and it was fine.. normal....
