I am 8 months pregnant & I see red blood in toilet after BM.

I have had blood spots show in my stool before and my doctor said it is from hemorrhoids. This is my second pregnancy and I got hemorrhoids with my first. But all of a sudden 2 weeks ago I have had a lot of blood in the toilet after a BM. But I have not been straining. The blood is bright red. Now starting 2 days ago I have had major stomach pains like my intestines are messed up after I eat a meal my stomach aches. I told my doctor this past week about the blood showing in the toilet and she passed it off as hemorrhoids and didn't say anything else. Now with my stomach pains after I eat and then I feel like I need to go to the bathroom for BM more and more. I am very uncomfortable and worried that something is going wrong. What do I need to tell my Doctor? Do I need tests run?
Oh yeah, today when I wiped after BM some small bloody tissue showed. Should I be worried or is this normal with hemorrhoids?
