I am completely at a loss as to what to do please help

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am a 29 year-old female. I started having problems about a year ago that felt like I was having a heart attack everytime I ate. I went to the first doc and they diagnosed me with asthma, however, the problems continued. Then about 2 months ago I went back in to the doc for chest pain and they ran an EKG and diagnosed me with anxiety. Even though these symptoms come everytime I eat and do not subside until typically the next morning. Then the pain traveled into my right side and started to radiate up my back and into my chest. I saw one doc and she thought it was gallstones and sent me home with Zantac, no ultrasound no nothing. I went for a second opinion and the second doc thought gallstones, went in for sonogram and results came back no gallstones. So now they are diagnosing me with GERD. They pain also comes in my right side if I walk to much or am too active, even if I haven't had anything to eat. It doesn't matter what I eat whether it be spicy or blan the pain always comes. It is not terrible pain at this point just somewhat dull and then sharp pains at times, however, I am afraid that it is going to get to that point. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated, I just do not know what else to do, it is like my doctors just keep giving up and I don't understand why I would have constant pain with GERD. I do not know whether I should go to the ER or just try yet another doctor.

Gall Bladder attack or Gall Bladder  Cholic, google it, a lot of help out there, you can get a list of foods you can eat and foods that exacerbate the pain. its all about what you eat and when, dont eat in the evening .

I would ask the doctor for a HIDA/CCK scan, to see what your gallbladder's function is. If you have gallbladder dyskinesia--a condition where your gallbladder sort of up and quits for no apparent reason--then most of the symptoms you describe start making sense.

Also, find yourself a good gastroenterologist. Whoever you're dealing with might be nice, but they don't sound too great.

Now, you may also be experiencing esophageal spasms. These CAN be triggered by GERD, and in some cases can be the only sign of acid reflux.
