I can not swallow solid food and am have muscle spasms in the neck since March

I hope someone out there can help.  Since March I can only drink fluids and yogart.  I have to crush my pills. I have had every test done imaginable and all negative.  Since my last test, I have developed GERD and the medicine I am now taking has helped that.  Of all the testing done, all that they have found is a floating esophogia hernia and some muscle tightness at the top of the esophogus.  I am now taking Zoloft and Xanax as I was getting anxiety from the food getting caught and my throat swells up.  I am more relaxed but the problem is not in my head.  I have no answers from Doctors and they are puzzled, because the symptoms are not there when I have the tests done.  I now, besides food getting caught, am getting muscle spasms in my right neck area.  It starts with a pain behind the vocal cord and in area around the middle ear on my right side.  This does not happen often, but when it does the muscle twists and I can feel it sticking out on my neck, then it turns inward and it makes my throat so small that fluid just dribbles down.  Does anyone have these problems?  I've lost 20lbs in the last 3 months because of this (which is OK).  I also take inhalers for my asthma and am wondering could this be irritating my throat.  Thanks, I hope someone has some answers on what to do!!
