I can't eat any solids!

I'm really hoping someone can help me.  Occassionally I had the problem of having loose stools when i ate something spicy, or cheesy or rich.  Last week, i was nauseated for about 3 days with no diahrea like usual.  I went to the doctor and told her that i think something is seriously wrong with me because i was so nauseated, and my stomach was contantly gurgling, and my stools were thin and not full size.  She scheduled an appointment for next tuesday with the gastroenterologist.  Thursday, I ate a salad, and had so much pain in my back and stomach that i tried to make myself throw up.  i wasn't able to do it, so i tried to go to the bathroom.  I did, and watery diahrea and blood shot out of me.  This scared me so we went to the ER.  They did a CT scan and found nothing.  I had bloody diahrea for 3 days.  I was told to only drink clear liquids until i can get tested by the gastroenterologist.  So now, i am so weak.  I am so nauseaus.  I don't know if i can make it another week!  What does it sound like? i tried to eat a cracker, and i had bloody diahrea again, so i'm sticking to gatoraid and water and chewable vitamins.  My stomach is contantly gurgling, and everything i drink comes right out of me.  I just want to be normal again.  I just want to live! please help!
