I don't know what this is, so I don't know what to ask.

I am a 23 y.o. male, no real health problems to speak of except two sleeping disorders diagnosed 4 years ago.  I have always had a touchy stomach, but it was tested and I was told at 16 that I might be lactose intolerant, which I believe to be true.  Starting about a month ago I began having some serious pain along my right front hip, passed off by the dr's as possible early appendicitis, since then it has became both hips, then centralized in the middle of my stomach, i went to the e.r. (I don't have insurance) they prescribed me percocet and sent me home, saying it might be Crohn's or  I.B.S., the pain has increased, stayed in the pit of my stomach and is constant, I have migraines, it feels like my skin is crawling all the time, my joints are constantly achy, but my entire family has arthritis, so Im not worried about that, sores started developing in my mouth, I am extremely fatigued all the time, my achilles tendons have started hurting, back pain, I fluctuate between constipated and diarrhea, either due or not to what I ate, just lately (the end of the month) it has become hard to urinate, unless I am drinking regular water, then it just goes every 15 minutes, i am dizzy, disoriented at times and get vertigo, my chest hurts, I attribute that to quitting smoking, I get really bad night sweats and I constantly wake up, can't stop sweating, but haven't puked yet, I just need help, I keep getting bounced out of the hospital, they actually prescribed me pepcid, an OTC the last time I was there......

As much as I hate to say it, you need to find a doc and get some testing done. Because of the sores and the rest of your symptoms, I'd suggest you get checked for forms of inflammatory bowel issues and celiac. The ER typically isn't going to be able to diagnose those conditions, unless the 'trip' over it. They'll keep handing you PPIs or GI cocktails and send you on your way. You need to be working with a GI doc to try to get to the bottom of the issue.
