I feel movment in my stomach

This may be a stupid question but I'm goin to ask it anyway. For the past month or so I have been feeling movement in my stomach area, just above my belly button and down to the lower part of my abdomen. It almost feels like it would if u was pregnant but I know that I am not b/c I have taken test and have had my period on a regular bases. I can mostly feel it at night time when I am laying in bed or watching t.v. and in the morning time. I can put my hand on my stomach and feel whatever it is moving around. Sometimes I can feel it during the day but not very often.  If someone can please give me a good idea of what this might be I'd really appreciate it. What could it be? Please help me, thanks

I have never had a LEEP done, and I didn't even know what that was until I looked it up just now. I'm going to make an appointment with my Dr. today about getting another pap done and to hopefully have them to a ultasound of my stomach area. I do hope that it isn't any type of parasite, that is creepy just thinking about it, and I have also watched that show. Thank u everyone for ur opinions I will let u all know what it may be when I find out,

You need to be checked out again.  A pap test only checks your cervix, not the rest of you.  You may have ascites (fluid in the abdomen) and it is very important to find out why.

not a tupid questin at all.  I have the SAME EXACT thing!  Mine consists of movement, like 4 mos. old kicks, small but noticeable.  Also, left under rib pulling pain.  Pressure in the abdomin all around belly button.  Up way to high to be babies.  Still got my period.  I am going with the parasite thing.  My doc couldnt find a thing.  I think I am going to bring her a surprise stool sample or ask her to make me swallow a string and then analyze it.  She'll love that.  Docs seem to think this parasite thing is a joke and they want to ignore it.  Request to be tested for them.  They are not a good thing!  I am also 29 with two children and the paps normal and cervix is slightly tilted.  Have you ever had a LEEP done?  just curious because of all the other similar stuff.

Maybe its a parasite. I saw this show called "The Monster Inside Me" on animal planet. It was gross! I made my children watch it because they like raw sushi, two of them bite their nails (also gross) anyway its amazing how the things get inside us.

Thanks for the advice, I probably will do that soon. The thing is, I'm 29 and have 2 children now, ages 9 and 6, with both of them I stopped my period the first month that I got pregnant. I know my body can be different now since its been 6 yrs since I have had a child, but I am on my period now and it seems to be heavier now and it was heavier the last time also. My periods are usually medium flow and I have pain in my left ovary sometimes even when I am not on my period. I went to the gyno about 3 months ago and told her about it and she didn't have any concerns and my pap test came back normal. The only thing that she was a little worried about was the fact that my cervix is completely turned around and she was having trouble getting a good swab, but she said that must be normal for me. My cervix has always sat sideways inside of me, but never totally backwards. I'm not having any of the symptoms that u mentioned, but I have had heartburn all the time since I had my last child, but now I don't seem to have it quite as much. Thanks again for answering my question.

You are most likely pregnant.  I have known women who have a their period throughout the nine months, and have had 2 negative pregnancy tests.  Pay attention to see if you're moody, craving any particular foods, heartburn, some slight weigh gain, and increased appetite.  I would see your OB-GYN just to be safe, because you need pre-natal care if you are pregnant.
