I go for a bowel movement but I get nauseous or vomit someone experience this?

About 7yrs ago I had a  Fundoplication  due to acid reflux and ever since then whenever I have had a urge to have a bowel movement I will get nausea and vomite but I don't always vomite when I get the urge. If I do happen to vomite the urge of going to the bathroom is gone but in the process the rt side of my stomach literally gets into a charliehorse whenever I vomite or exercise with my stomach. I have mentioned this to the dr so I've gotten injections and unfortunately he said it's probably scared tissue but I find this very hard to believe with all this happening especially before my surgery I was completely fine and now a mess.Any answers plz?  .

Your surgeon is the one to discuss this with.  What injections have you gotten?  Scar tissue can happen after surgery, and the surgeon will have to assess you.
