I had my gallbladder taken out 2 weeks ago,

I was in a lot of pain & discomfort after the operation, but in the last few days have started to feel back to normal.
Should I still take it easy for a few weeks, also my stomach stills feels bloated does it take a while for your stomach to go down?
Can I aslo ask I am about to start the Cambridge Diet next week, I have done it before is it safe to do it so soon after an operation or should I wait a while?
