I have IBS...

ive been having a similar problem for a while now, i havent gone as long as you though not going for two weeks! ill go about 3 or 4 days at a time, ive been put on miralax as well, it didnt seem to help me, ive been using benefiber lately which seemed to help at first but now im back where i started, i cant decide if i should go back to miralax and give that a try again. My stomach is constantly gurgling, more when i lay down. but i feel like i have a lot of air in my stomach. Any suggestions?
