I have been sick forever is it mental

I have been sick for months nausea, headaches and pressure migrains, insomnia, and pain all over. I don't know why when i go to the hospital they find nothing but i was once told by a phycologist that it was due to my mental disorder i am manic depressive bi-polar and i am wondering if that is indeed why i am sick, Also had cervical cancer last oct, nov and my doctor said it was bad, can that come back and could that be why I'm so sick?
