I think was SLadylani is trying to tell you is that you need to see a doctor about this.  No one on the internet can tell you what is wrong unless you see a doctor and get some tests done.

Well unless we have tests or a physical exam to look at, no one can tell you what's wrong but your doctor, so I highly suggest you make an appointment to see him/her. If youre having pain that does need to be addressed, because you certainly do not deserve to be living in pain. If lack of insurance or finances is a problem, you can look online for free or low-income clinics in your area. I wish you the best of luck and hope you feel better soon!
