I have the gallbladder pain, but my gall bladder is gone...what is it?

For the past 3 days, the pit of my stomach has been hurting. This is not an isolated incident as it has happened before, Anyway...here it comes again! :(
I wake up with this feeling. It kinda radiates to the back as well. It is sore to the touch and the pain resembles my gallbladder pain that I once had before just not as excuciating. (my gallbladder was removed several years ago).
I dont have acid reflex, or heartburn, just this pain right below my heart in the middle of my ribs.
please respond if you have any idea what this is.
Sometimes my entire stomach hurts(no vomiting or nausous) just this liggering pain.
I get this every couple of months, then it goes away after 3 weeks.
HELP!

I'm not a doctor but my opinion is that you should definitely go see one. It could be pancreatitis, sphincter of oddi dysfunction or a gallstone stuck somewhere. Yes you can still get gallstones without a gallbladder. Left untreated they can cause infection and other problems. I would make an appointment asap to get checked out
