I need help please

So here's an update from my last post , I have had an ultrasound of the heart and a 48hr monitor and they were both normal and going for an ecko stress test this week and am abdominal ultrasound. I am still getting heart palpitations which is starting to really annoy me now , I have headaches every single day ( I do suffer from severe migraines) and I'm still getting alot of abdominal pain and feeling extremely bloated. I get shortness of breath and still have loss of appetite l. Could it be intestinal bleeding or of some sort similar and what other problems not heart related can make the heart beat very strongly all the time , please give me some ides people ?? Thanks
