So I have always had problems with random nausea. Up until this summerSummers eve anti-itch I would be randomly nausea's once or twiceTwice-a-day a month for a few minutes and then it would go away. I felt sick, but not sick enough to throw up. But in June it went from once or twiceTwice-a-day a month to once a week. I would take PeptoPepto children's Pepto-bismol Pepto-bismol maximum strength bismol and would sometimes feel better. But come August, when I would feel sick I would actually throw up. Since then it has gotten worse. Now I feel sick two or three times a week, and I have been throwing up more often. In the past four days I have felt sick for three of them, and thrown-up twiceTwice-a-day, even after taking PeptoPepto children's Pepto-bismol Pepto-bismol maximum strength bismol.
Sometimes I would feel sick in the morning and it would last for a few hours and then go away. But other times I would start feeling sick in the morning or after noon, and wouldn't feel better until I went to bed. I also feel better after I throw up.
It also doesn't matter what I do or don't drink and eat. Sometimes (such as the other day) I will throw up for feel sick even if I have had nothing to eat or drink (the other day I only had my medicine and half a cup of water, and then threw it all up). Other times I can eat normally and then throw up, so I don't know if it has anything to do with food or drink.
As I said, I am on medicine, but I have been on the same dosage for three years with no problems.
I also seem to have patterns of random bloating, and sometimes bloating with cramps, but this hasn't happened in several months. I was tested for Celiac disease, but my doctor said everything came back normal. The only thing that I have changed in the past few months was eating acidic foods, because I have random mouth sores (which have no gone away, even with the change. I currently have three).
I also am not pregnant, as I have never been sexually active. It also has nothing to do with menstrual stuff, as I have not had my period in months (I talked to my doctor, and he said it may just be how my cycles go, and hopefully is not serious).
I have tried to explain everything I can think of, so if you can help that would be great. Please ask me any questions you feel is necessary.
P.S.: Do you guys think dreams can tell the future? From early June through August I had four cancer dreams, three in which I had cancer. But I never was told where it was located. I prayed for some kind of definite answer and location, but was never "told." I am sure it is just my imagination, but those are scary dreams to have, especially when they are repeated with the same theme.
How do I do those and how much do they cost? Do you know? If I haven't already said, I am going to my doctor on the 30th to talk about it. Hopefully he can give me something to help, although I would rather find out if anything is wrong versus just taking medicine.
You would need to go to a GI doc. The tests are expensive. All of these would be in the thousands. If you go to the er they would possibly do a ct or ultrasound but not sure. If you are not having pain then I doubt it is gallbladder issues, Do you have normal bowel movements any headaches, sinus issues, any other symptoms. Nausea can be from so many things thats its hard to rule out a cause without checking out everything.
I go regularly and am healthy otherwise. I have not really had a headache since I was 12 and have never had sinus issues, except for a stuffy nose when I am sick or something.
If you go to a GI they may want to start with an endoscopy since your stools are normal. This can check for gerd gastritis stomach cancer, celiac etc. If they cannot find anything maybe a brain mri to see if there is anything causing the nausea. When my dr started the workup on me last year for upset stomach and nausea the endoscopy and brain mri were the first things she did. Both of these are expensive. Your Primary doc can order the mri or endoscopy or you can see a neurologist for the mri and GI for the endoscopy. It may take a little time to figure it out since you do not have many symmptoms besides nausea. I hope they can resolve this for you soon.
Thank you! I hope my doctor takes this seriously, as he seems to not always pay attention. He is not bad, but sometimes I feel as though he isn't really listening. But then again, I have only seen him once, as I had to change doctors.
