I really really need some advice!!

ok.....Im so tired of feeling bad and not knowing whats wrong with me....so I desperately need some good advice and good help...so heres my story and questions, and please bear with me as I may be a lil lengthy. First of all Im a 26 yr. old male. I have been to my local dr. 5 times now and I am yet to feel better or figure out what is wrong with my body. About a year ago, I went on vacation and stayed in a cabin and got in the hot tub to relax, the very next morning i woke up to have a major headache, and extreme dizziness, I was extremely scared as I had never felt this way before. After going to my dr. I described my symptoms and I was diagnosed with inner ear infection, I was kinda skeptical at first, but was prescribed meclizine for the infection after taking this medication for only a week days everything was great and back to normal. Shortly after this I started having a number of new problems. The first episode was I started having lower back issues and assumed it was my kidneys, so I quit caffeine altogether, started drinking only juices and water, problem never got better. The problem is every night I go to bed I always wake up in the middle of the night, with pressure in my lower back and I have to urinate, after urinating the pressure is release and I have to sit up about 20-30 minutes before going back to bed because of the pain, then after waking up to head off to work pain is the same and fades and eventually goes away after getting up and moving. Ok this problem has been so consistant, that Ive almost got used to it. Ok now next issue which is the biggest of them all. About 6-7 months ago, I started having major stomach pains and cramps, mostly in middle of stomach and alot of the times radiating to my back and moving around in my chest, so people would say oh thats just gas, well i cant grip that cause its now going on 7 months or longer and still have the problem. Well, after a long time of putting off going back to dr. I woke up one night at 1:00am and had to be rushed to the hospital due to having the worst pain I probably have ever felt, it was a sharp severe pain in the middle of my stomach and push straight through to my back,  I could not lean forward or backward, or at that do anything that would relieve the pain, went to ER room doc theres tells me sounds like my pancreas, I didnt have a clue I just wanted something to ease the pain, they gave my 2 painkillers, didnt work at all, actually felt like it made it worse, give me a medicine which numbed my throat and stomach didnt work at all, finally had to beg before getting an IV put in and put on strong painkiller. So i was admitted to hospital stayed 3 days they done gall bladder test which came out ok, negative, then I was diagnosed as having H. pylori infection. So I go to the dr. 2 more times and tell him all symptoms. I was prescribed 500mg amoxicillin, biaxin, and prevacid for hp infection. Over 2-3 weeks of taking 3 medicines symptoms got a lot better, after finishing that, had to go back to doc for same thing was put on all that and Ciprofloxacin for kidney issues, again symptoms for stomach got a lil better but never cured. Now the newest episode and best way to describe it, i have lately for last 2-3 weeks been having a lot of unusual chest pain and rapid heart beats. Pain is mostly under left nipple right below heart and moving sometimes to middle of chest and right where ribs join in middle of stomach. Pain is worse when doing activities like work, walking up hills, etc. Pain and heart beats are accompanied by shortness of breaths sometimes. Pain comes and goes and is not always but most of the time aggravated after eating. Please someone help with diagnosis as Im very scared of heart problems and my condition. Any help whatsoever is very very much apreciated....thanks!

Somethings I forgot to mention.  That hot tub could have had some bacteria in it, unfortunately it is probably too late to have it tested.  Also if you stayed in the water long enough you may have released something built up in your system into your blood stream, but that would have most likely been a temperary issue and gone within weeks.

I will again say what I did before, It appears something is pushing on something else and you need to get an abdominal ultrasound asap.Because your heart is now involved you may also want to get an Echocardiogra and an EKG as I mentioned previously, but one test at a time to start ruling things out.  If nothing comes up I would consider an MRI on areas which are painful.

Get the ultrasound ASAP to let them see if there is anything going on. Or organs moved or inflammed.

Im shocked it isnt your gallbladder, it sounds like the exact symptoms i had with mine and what most ppl do have. It is the worst pain ive ever had and it usually gets worse after eating, causes shortness of breath and trying any diff postion to make it better doesnt do a thing!

chest pain can also be "inflamation of sack around heart", not generally very serious but again an infection that needs anti-biotics.  Since it's "stress", i.e. exercise related, it's critical you have a doctor do the testing rather than 2nd guess it.  It could also be tranferred pain left from the stomach stuff.

If the stomach stuff didn't clear up talk to your doctor about it.  He seemed to be on the right track at reducing it and it may just need more of the same.

None of these sound like panic attacks to me.  They are all things a doctor can do more to help you with, including the back pain.  Given your age, you probably aren't used to depending on/trusting a doctor to have something to add beyond what's obvious to you.  I know I was always surprised when annoyances that I thought I should ignore, turned out to be things that were treatedable.  Sometimes even things that would have become significant if I had ignored them.

The ear infection sounds just about right.  The ER generally isn't a great place for diagnosis beyond acute problems like broken bones and bleeding and emergency surgery.  They don't have the practice of a general practicioner of treating problems over time and figureing out what will work.  Hence them giving you pain pills for the ucler.

There are a few things going on here..

Firstly, do you have a history of any psychological issues?  I suspect anxiety and panic could be a possiblity.  Your heart issue could be a number of things and I recommend you see a cardiolist as soon as possible, get them to do an EchoCardiogram on you and see whats going on.  May need to do a EKG also.    I suggest you get an abdomen ultrasound as well, stomach, liver, kidneys, gall bladder, pancreas, etc.

Do you have any history of back problems? Herniated disk for example? Do you have any numbness in your leg?

Do you have shoulder issues? Tight musle issues in your neck or shoulder?

Your symptoms are too vague, any number of things could be going on.
