Are you any better now ? I started to develop this after Swine Flu, my husband's heart surgery, mom's deatha and sister's death. Plus a man I was seeing was constantly rejecting me. Like you I used to do part time univ. studies, run a business and a household and keep a large garden. It is stress building up. I come home and often come really close to telling my husband to call 911, I feel like crap, but then I go back to normal after taking Ativan or sometimes taking a sip of rum or going in cold outdoors, to cool off. I am 67 and still feel post-menopause.

I am 32 years old, and a College student full time. I also run a small business. I just last year in July lost my dad, and in february lost my mom, but I have been experiencing something so weird I just don't know what to think. I have been suffering with these attacks that seem like a heart attack, but they are not. Filled with adrenaline, and then burping. If I take an antacid it is relived it seems. Everyone seems to think I am going crazy because I ask someone to take me to the emergency room like every other day because the doctors don't find anything, and I am very afraid. I also recently started to have migraine headaches, and stiffness in my neck. All of the doctors seem to think its anxiety, but I have never had this before, and I don't understand how I would develop something so severe. Does anyone have any answers? I feel so alone, and I am very fearful of going through this forever.........
I have the same thing actually
I'm on Fluoxitine (not sure I spelled that right lol)
and I feel it doesn't help at all.
Your panic attacks are mosty likely causing you to have to go to the bathroom, it is very common.
