I think i have a bad problem with stomach...Need Urgent help please.

Hey.

I am 18 year old male and i weigh 160 pounds.

I have been having stomach pains for the past 3 weeks now and i have been feeling very weak and sometime dizzy. I feel pain below my left rib. I am also feeling pain on my upper left side.

I have noticed that i am BURPING alot, always. I have also noticed that i am not going to the washroom alot to poop, and when i do go, its a very small amount.

I can sometime hear my below left side and my upper side "vibrate" whenever i burp.

For the past 3 days i have been having pains in my back side, neck, and my left arm (Sometime right hand)

I went to the doc 2 weeks before i had these other pains and we did normal tests such as EKG, Blood, URINE and all of them were positive....I dont think you can find stomach problems through these tests?

I dont know if that medicine is causing that or something else, but i was given that because i was having heartburn.

Can all this pains be caused by just GAS? Because i heard from someone that GAS travels in your body and can give you pains in various places all the time?

Now i have some questions questions.

Is it something serious other than my stomach problems, and should i go to the hospital?

Why am i having pain in my left arm, back and neck?

If this is just the stomach problem, and nothing serious, why isnt my pain going away? As i have trouble sleeping as there is pain in my left side (up and below)?

Can i take GAS-X with my prescription (Link above)? Or will it harm me?

left arm pain,neck and back could be heart trouble,id have those fields covered asap,,heart problems can lead to other things and cause stress and anxiety on your body causeing other symptoms.
small thin or stringy stools and left pain could also be a bowel obstruction,,,that should be checked out as well.
you are young for that though,id like to think.
