IBS and Acid Reflux

Is there anything natural that will help with these symptoms. After numerous visits to the E.R. and an overnight stay.Doctors gave me protonix to take which seem to make the condition worse after a couple days.
I was given way too many antibiotics for a UTI and then the stomach started.
Right now the symptoms are a very jumpy stomach which is driving me insane, bloating, itching, some lower abdominal pain that comes and goes, and When I fall asleep the acid in my throat is unbelievable.
If there is anyone who knows of any natural cures please let me know!!!
