IBS or something more?

Not really sure what to make of this...
Some background: I'm a 32 year old woman who has been diagnosed with hypothyroid, as well as PCOS. Since being diagnosed with my thyroid issues, I have had many other "mytery" health issues that can't be explained, other than "just stress".

So for the past month, I have been experiencing stomach issues. Every day, all day and night. My stomach is constantly crampy and makes sounds, I am either constipated or I have diarrhea (sometimes both within the same day), I am bloated, gassy, I have heartburn and acid reflux as well. My husband has IBS and all of my symptoms seem to point to that right now...but...
I also started having strange symptoms at around the same time my stomach issues started. I have pain in my hip/leg joints, as well as pain in my lower back. When I looked up all the symptoms online, it pointed to ovarian cancer.

I called my doc and spoke with her...told her everything...she said she's concerned and would like to see me right away to get me evaluated. I can't see her till next week though.

How likely is it that this could be ovarian cancer? I'm really hoping it's just IBS.

Your late cycle could be due to stress you are having right now.

I would not read into anything on line. Are you having night sweats, any weight loss?

I've always had menstrual issues...it comes with the territory of having PCOS and hypothyroidism. But I am on birth control to regulate my periods...but even then, my periods are still a bit wacky, it seems. Like, right now...I was supposed to have my period this week...but it hasn't shown up yet at all and I'm starting my new pack today. But that happens often...where my period won't show up until a couple days into the new pack. I've mentioned this to doctors, and they just ask if I want to try another birth control pill (the only one that has worked well enough for me is the one I'm on, and I've tried many many others).

As far as cysts...I had small cysts, about 10+ years ago...but I wasn't checked for years and then when I was checked last year, they said everything was fine (at that time).

Are you having any menstrual issues? Have you had any ovarian cysts?
