I'm in pain 24/7

I am a 27 year old female that has had infrequent pain on my right side below my ribcage for the past few years. A bruise appears each time this pain shows up, the pain is either mild and uncomfortable to sharp stabbing and twisting. Up until recently this pain would last anywhere from 10 min to an entire day and then would go away for months at a time.
Then at the beginning of August that pain showed up again but this time it wouldn't go away and was very intense. Along with that right side pain I was also getting sharp cramping pains in my lower back and on my right rib cage. My primary doctor expected to see something wrong with my gallbladder. We did an ultrasound which show up nothing, then we did a CT scan which also showed up nothing as well as 2 full blood panels which came back perfect. I was told to go home and wait it out, thought it must just be muscle pains.
About the third week of August I was back in the doctors office due to frequent diarrhea which only lasted a few days, they ordered numerous stool tests and one came back positive for c diff. I was on flagil for 10 days and then vicomyasin for 10 days. After which I was rechecked for c diff because my pain would not go away and was told c diff was gone. I was sent to a GI specialist and I was told c diff is why I had all this pain and now it should go away with time. And actually the diarrhea went away but all my other symptoms stayed as well as more started to appeared. Now my back cramping wraps around my hips, and I have what I can only describe as intense menstrual pains in my lower pelvic area all day every day. I requested a colonoscopy which I am told showed only that I had "mild improving colitis" due to c diff and that I would have ups and downs with pain until it went away and that this has also caused me to have  IBS.  As far as IBS symptoms, I go from either having an urgent need to go to the bathroom or constipation which actually makes my right side hurt even more. The pain never goes away, I am contently feeling like I have sever menstrual pains, back cramps and a stabbing pain in my right side. 24 hours after I stopped taking the vanco I woke up with my stomach gurgling and ever since then have had what feels like trapped gas that wont come out. To pass any gas is difficult now. I want to chalk all this up to the c diff reaking havoc on my body which is what the gi doctor is sure of, but it does not add up in my head. I started out with back pain and right side stabbing pains, then about a week later c diff showed up so when the doctor wants to explain away my symptoms as left over from the c diff then why did that pain all come first? And if it looks like form the colonoscopy that this colitis is improving then why do I not feel at all improved? Is this normal for I bleive he called it infectious colitis?
I am not functioning very well because my pelvic pain is so bad. I should also mention that when I had my period while all this is going on my menstrual cramping was horribly intense to the point that I could not get off the couch. Just to be on the safe side I have arranged an appointment with a gynecologist in 2 weeks. I also had a biopsy during the colonosopy that I should get results back form in a week.
It is very frustrating to me because I am in pain 24/7 and it has been like this for almost 2 months. I have a GI doctor that wont see me but every 4 weeks and I  feel like he is so certain of what I have that he's not listening to what my pain is. If you have any advice or ideas on what this could be so I can speak with my doctors about this I would appreciate it. My life feels like it's on hold right now.
