I'm in pain and scared

I've been sick since June 6th.  Ate fast food, went to bed, woke up with horrible diarrhea.  After a few days I felt fine.  A few days after that I cycled between bouts of diarrhea.  On 6/17 I had terrible right flank pain.  I went to the ER. CT revealed "Large quantity of fecal matter in colon".  I thought that was odd since I was having diarrhea.

One thing led to another and long story short is this:
Had a colonscopy two weeks ago.  Aside from inflammation of my appendix and a polyp (removed and deemed hyperplastic) my colon's fine.  For the past seven days I have had very painful stabbing feelings in my middle upper abdomen.  At times the pain is so intense than waves of nausea hit me.  Occasionally the pain will be on the left side, sometimes on the right (either upper or lower quadrants...it moves around) but the truly bad pain is in the middle upper abdomen.

Despite having the stomach pains, my appetite is not decreased.  I had two bowel movements in five days (normal for me) and they were normal appearing.

This morning I felt a sudden urge, as though I were going to experience diarrhea.  When I went to the bathroom, all that passed was a scant amount of white-ish/kinda clear jelly.

That has happened four times today, with larger amounts.  There is no fecal matter in this jelly stuff, which confuses me because according to the results, my colon is fine.  So I am thinking that perhaps this is an issue in my small intestine.

Has ANYONE ever had this?  What in the heck is going on?  I called my G.I. docs office and spoke with his nurse.  I asked if it was possible I had a parasitic infection.  She said no.  As though she's psychic lol.  I asked what I should do and she said the doc's plan of action was to do a stool culture.  She told me that I could not provide a stool sample until it's actual stool ; )

The best way that I can describe what I'm feeling is to say that if feels like I am shedding my intestinal lining!

If this keeps up, I swear I'm going to take a picture of it and post it on this board lol.  It's really weird.  It doesn't even have the typical fecal odor...there's only a slightly fleshy smell to it.
