Has anyone else had their colon perforated during a colonoscopy like I did?

Island, before you even think about a lawyer, you should get a copy of the release you signed before the colonoscopy. It probably states in there that there is a risk of perforation. In signing that paper, you consented to the procedure 'knowing' what the possible drawbacks could be.

I did just last week what a nightmare.  So far it was treated by antibotics
and I feel better but I want to know if I need another CT scan to prove it's healed. And also if I need a lawyer. What did you do?
