Infrequent stomach pain after seeds, Greek yogurt, hummus and carrots
I usually take 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds, 1/4 mixed nuts (unsalted), 4 teaspoons Greek yogurt, 4 teaspoons of hummus and and handful of baby carrots for lunch everyday.
Occasionally, about 10 minutes after eating, I get very bad stomach pain. bloating, I start feeling hot and urge to go to the washroom or throw up. It feels like an ache and then burning in my gut. It passes in about an hour or two.
Drinking water does not help.
However, this does not happen every time, so I doubt it is an allergy. Or is it?
Could it be the fat content? Something with this combination?
Is there anything I can do about it when it occurs - antacid?
