I had colon resection 2 yrs ago for diverticulites, after I got home I started having lots of bowel movements (no diarrhea) gas, bloating, nausea, cramping all this has gotten a lot worst over the last two years. Now I have pain under right rib area. Everything I eat or drink goes to gas, even water. The bowel movements has gotten better from 15 or more a day to around 5 now. Not sure if the pain under the ribs is gas or not. So far no doctors has found out what the problem is.
I am a 34 year old female. I'm glad i'm alone i have suffered with severe rib pain upper pain since 1997. I have been to every doctor possible. I have had several test that show inflammation of the stomach, hiatal hernia, inflammation of the bladder, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with hemangioma on liver, cyst on spine. Although they have found all these things the doctors say non of them should be causing chronic pain. It feels like a heavy weight in my stomach ribs area almost like i've worked out to hard(but i don't work out) just a constanct ache. I have tried antidepressents thinking maybe it was mental or something but nothing works. I have severe fatigue, and just feel grouchy all the time. I will not give up and have an appt with gastronologist in October. I hope someday they will figure out how to cure this, and tell me what is wrong with me! Its hard to live in this kind of pain with no answeres!
