Intra-Abdominal Abscess

31yr old male  
had abdominal pain, fatigue,nausea, starting in early may was seen by several doctors was finally given a ct scan which showed colon inflammation, and a Intra-Abdominal Abscess which was drained and tested for bacteria everything came back normal and i was sent home after a couple days. started to feel a bit better, still had these weird tweaks in stomach and stools wasn't the same, went back to my doctor and had a colonoscopy which they removed a non cancerous polyp and had a large internal hemorrhoid.they never gave me a concrete answer on why i felt like i did, was scheduled for a follow up a month later and had another ct scan which showed the Intra-Abdominal Abscess had returned but since my bloodtest was normal and this whole time i have never had a fever , they said its best just to leave it alone that it might just be the way my body is. said to get  a second opinion if i wanted to. as of right now im eating and feel ok but it kinda worries me that i have this fluid that they cant tell me whats if anything is going on, anyone seen or heard anything like this before?......sorry for the wall of text
