Involintary bubbles of gas comming out

I have a problem that I am only starting to be able to put into precise words. I let out little bubbles of air from my anus which I have absolutely no control over, but is detectable from anyone close to me. In wanting to fix this problem I targeted my intestines and stomach. I took a laxative, emptied my bowel and still the same uncontrollable bubbles of air came out. I took probiotocs, fibre products, and resorted to colon hydrotherapy, which emptied out pounds of fesses that I had lying around in my intestines. A day after this treatment I still have uncontrolled bubbles of air coming out, but they don't smell as bad.

By deductive reasoning, I realized that it can't be gas from the intestines that is the cause of the problem. But it is the area around my anus, or my bodies ability to hold gas in that is the cause of this passing of "gas". I believe that this can be the problem because when I observe this area it doesn't feel normal. My anus constantly feels as if it is wanting to push out, or "active" in other words. It doesn't feel relaxed and normal like it used to. This would explain why I am letting air out even after emptying my body of fesses.

I'm not to educated about my body down there, but do you know what can be causing this, ie, the mechanics down there, or have any suggestions as what to take, do, or see to effectively lead me to heal this.

It is ruining my social life, and I am in urgent need for a cure or even a diagnosis.

Any information would help,
thank you

I am going crazy with this problem myself exactly to the T and doctors have the same crap to say….”take a food diary of the foods you eat during the day” I’ve had an endoscopy and colonoscopy and nothing found. I live with my boyfriend of 4 years and I still get embarrassed. I don’t know how much I’ve spent on air fresheners, incense, gas medicine, probiotics etc., but I feel like I’ve tried everything. I cry sometimes because of it.

OOF! Totally forgot to add something about Chia seeds! Since there may be adherent inflammation of any given area along the intestinal tract, either  associative or causative, therefore reducing the GI’s ability to heal and protect itself, try adding about 2 Tbsp of chia seeds to a glass of water daily. I like to drink mine at night mixed with some glutamine powder.

The gelatinous coating around the seeds helps to increase the mucosal lining of your GI. Glutamine can also prevent inflammation and sooth the intestinal tissue. Look up ways to improve leaky gut syndrome.

I know that this multi long-winded response is sort of all over the place, but thoughts just keep jumping into my head after I post, and I’m like, “oh Cr&p! That too!” Sorry. Hopefully, this is my last bit of it.

BACK to hydration. LOL! I take MSM supplements. It’s a great way to improve your hydration on a cellular and this molecular level…

Good luck all! I’d love to hear about any updates!

Also, I’d like to share that I’ve not only read about, but have experienced improvement with increasing my hydration. I’m always so busy that I forget to drink water and dehydration can lead to bloat. I know for a fact that this is not just an issue localized at the rectum but an actual over production of flatulence. Trust, I’ve done my own at home tests to prove it. LoL!

Therefore, anything that will help to improve overall guy health and decrease inflammation should help; such as proper hydration as mentioned, appropriate probiotics (try looking up Bifida bacteria and B.bifidum MIMBb75) KIJIMEA has worked for me… The problem though is that you have to keep taking it. (something I just realized since the issue has returned.)
Turmeric, ginger, fennel, peppermint, licorice, and lemon are all great to decrease inflammation, detoxify, and/or act as an antispasmodic.

Pomegranate juice is another one of my Go-to’s for this issue. Look it up. It’s like a steroid (as a prebiotic) for the beneficial gut bacteria - which as we’re finding out - has HUGE implications of overall physical and mental health.

Hi there,
Found this thread while doing my own online search for the same issue. It’s terrible and I def feel your pain. Depression has def taken hold because of it. You think this could be a symptom of colitis or proctitis? I’ve read that oregano oil may help; not only injected (short duration of use only 2-4 weeks plz a do your own research) but also inserted rectally with as a mixture of 1:7 oregano oil and olive oil 2-3 X day.

I still have the same problem!

today I was at a night club and I had embarrassing gas.

My solution at this point is to buy:
