Irritation during bowel movements

What does it mean when you wake up sometimes with irritating bowel movements (Before or during bowel movements). It's like a discomfort around the colon area. I've also noticed that plant based enzymes supplementation (Protease, Lipase, Lactase, Amylase etc) or eating high fiberous foods will irritate the area so the next morning i'd be more likely to feel the "flare up"//irritation. Every 6 months there can be light traces of blood in my stool. It's like a mucous plaque thin layer connecting to the stool.

Any thoughts? what are the possibilities? and how would I maybe fix it?

You may have IBS but you may want to check with a gastorologist to rule out Crohns or Colitis. Could the blood be from hemoroids?
