Is it IBS or something else?

Before two months i have experienced a pain in my right  low back side of my body and faint by loosing all of my strength in 5 minutes. The doctors said kidney pain but the were not sure sinse no tests proved their conclusion. Two months later and having almost every day problems like nausea, dizzyness, almost fainth, no power at all, fatigue, and sometimes pain usually smooth abdomen pain, front and right, no diarrea (diarrhea), a bit constipation, the doctors said IBS. I could not go to my work at all. I take medicine (Doralin) but the symptoms like fatigue, dizzyness, little body power, still remains. I feel a bit better but i dont feel like the strong man i was two months ago. Do i have to search for something else? Are there any tests that can tell me correctly what happened to me the last two months? I also experience allergies in some foods and itching in hands. My right hand fingers also become stiff in the morning! Having looked the net for IBS it seems to me that i may suffer from something similar but not IBS. Can anybody help me?

Do you have white coated tongue? Itching is also in a groin area, or within the rectum? Itching is all the time, or just after some food?

Is your pain worse/better
- after the meal or
- after bowel movement ?

Can you locate the pain precisely, would you say, you can put a finger, where the pain is?

Can you write down your medical history?
