Is it Just GERD, Diverticuli and Lactose Intolerance

This is the first time I've posted anything.  I had a baby 15 months ago and have a heck of a time since her birth.  I began seeing GI specialist last May for stomach pain.  After a ton of tests, they said I had GERD and take OTC meds.  I had really bad GERD when pregnant with first baby and I knew my issues weren't related to GERD.  I concluded I was lactose intolerant and have had to cut all milk out of diet-which is tricky because it's hidden in things like chicken broth.  My symptoms went away for a while, and then I'd come out of what I termed remission to have issues again.  My one GI dr later told me they discovered I had small bowel diverticuli but I'm not being treated for this. As of today, here is what I got.  What do you guys think?  Blind leading the blind maybe but I'm hoping someone has a similar story.

For past two weeks, have had bloating, diarrheah, abdominal pain.  In the last 2 days, pain has traveled to my back and up to my left shoulder blade area.  I have a lump in my throat and food gets stuck on its way down sometimes.  It hurts to sit down, I feel pain in my lower abdomin when I do.  My stomach feels heavy.  Because of the issues since the last time I had a bout of pain, I'm down to about 125 pounds and normally have a body fat of around 17%.  Last night when I was in bad pain, I had body fat of 25%-I have never seen that number.  I'm 35 year old 5' 11 foot female.  I work out most days and like to be in top shape.  My old bad habit is drinking wine at night-a glass to 11/2 glasses at the most.

I talked to GI dr. today and he put me on prilosec and if things don't improve by Monday, then more blessed tests.  Nurse thought it may be my gallbladder???

Any thoughts?  I avoid most foods as food is the enemy-the more I eat, the worse I feel.  I don't eat seeded foods, I avoid fructose foods as much as possible.  Salads are generally my friend, even though Dr said it is hard to digest-it is safe for me, I know what I'm getting and no issues after consuming them.

All input is appreciated.

I have an inflamed/abnormally shaped gallbladder. I had severe pain on the right side, under my breast - couldn sit or walk - everything hurt! I had an ultra sound done, that is how they discovered it. If it is your gallbladder - or gall stones - usually the best thing is to have it removed. Best to get an ultrasound though. I didnt have mine removed, changed my diet a little and haven had any trouble since.
