Is it my colon or gynecological?

I am writing because of new symptoms that I have had the past two months and would like to schedule an appointment with you. I am 56, post menopausal, lower back pain, abdominal pain, constipation, gas, and have had recent tests (Trans – Vaginal sonogram shows cyst on left ovary; fibroid in uterus and endometrium lining 9mm). I had a biospy of my endometrial lining done on Friday, June 12 but will not know the results for ten days – two weeks.

My concern is that my mother was diagnosed with endometrial cancer in late 50’s (she had spotting). I have been trying to get a “diagnosis” for the ongoing issues and new symptoms of fecal incontinence, white chunks of tissue appear in my urine and abdominal pain. Prior to seeing a gynecologist, Dr. Marcelli, I was seen my GI specialist, Dr. Peebles, who suggested I eat more fiber, see a gynecologist and loose weight. I had provided copies of previous GI records from NY and recent colonoscopy in 2006 where a polyp was removed.
