Is it safe to have a tummy tuck after bowel resections

In 1991 I had a bowel resection followed by c-section.  They said that ampicllin caused the perforation but since then other doctors believed they nicked it instead. In any event, I avoid that antibiotic and the pencillin family. It was a horror story, I just had my daughter via c-section and three days later I developed c-diff then they found a perforation that I become toxic megacolon with gangerine.  I ended up in ICU and had 5ft removed I had my ileum removed along with small intestines and had a colostomy and ileostomy which was thank god reversable.  In 2009, I had another c-section and again it ended up with a perforation again but the doctor admitted he did it during the c-section.  He went through my vertical scar which is where I had the bowel surgery in 1991.  I didn't want him to go in that way but through my c-section scar.  I ended okay because he caught it during the c-section.  In any event, my stomach looks like a war zone and I would love to have it fixed.  I have been to several Plastic Surgeons and they said it could be fixed but I am scared of complications with my bowels.  They said they will not be going near my bowels and that they will not be going in my abdomial (abdominal) cavity.  I am scheduled to have an abdominoplasty on February 23rd by a Plastic Surgeon with 30 years experience and one of the best hospitals in Philadelphia.  So I guess my question is am I crazy for doing this.
