Is the removal of my gull bladder nessesary

well i am 16 years old and have been diagnosed with crones disease.colitis.. i have been having really bad pains under my right rib cage, into my back low on my right side and on my right shoulder blade..i have been nauseus and have had many headaches in the past week. i get really gasy after eating and nauseus most of the time. i went and had an ultra sound done today september 28,2009 and it came back negative they found no gull stones i get next week on tuesday to have a hida scan done. but do you think i will need my gull bladder taken out with these occuring symptoms over and over again?

thanks katelyn
