I am a 20 year old femaleCondoms Female condoms Female sexual dysfunction who has had chronic pain(heavy cramping), vomiting, irritable bowl movements, bloodyBloody or tarry stools stool, blood in my stool, bloating, and other weird Gi things. I recently had a colonoscopy done to rule out chrones and Ulcerative colitisColitis Irritable bowel syndrome Ischemic colitis Necrotizing enterocolitis Salmonella enterocolitis Ulcerative colitis, but they had found a Polyp in my colon. I also have a history of dysplasia and HPV and have had numerous polyps on my uterus and cervix. I'm just wondering if there's nothing wrong with me,then why am i still having all of these symptoms and why would i have polyps on my colon at such a young age? My Gyno and MY GI both explain nothing to me and don't give me reasons or answers to my questions. I just don't understand whats going on with me and why i'm having so many problems in my lower abdomen region as far as gyno and gi related issues.
AS FAR AS SYMPTOMS- the reason i included Gyno issues are because some of my symptoms like the HEAVY HEAVY cramping and bloodyBloody or tarry stools stool, happen around (but not during) my menstrual cycle. the Irritable bowl movements, bloating and vomiting kind of just happen all of the time and randomly also.
PLEASE HELP! im in so much pain and discomfort and i feel like i could loose my mind.
any suggestions would be appriciated.
thank you again so much.
