I don't think its cancer. your doctor would have seen some sign. Since it happens while you are eating, make sure you eat slowly and chew your food well. You are only 19 years old and you probably have a very busy schedule and you may be rushing to finish your meals to keep up with your schedule. If a person is stressed while eating or eats too fast, that can cause symptoms such as what you have been having. Sometimes people don't realize how important it is to relax when they eat and to eat slowly and chew their food well.
I know it sounds like simple advice, but give it a try and see if you feel better.
