Is this related to Pyelonephritis

In June, I had a serious Kidney infection.  Was given Levaquin for 7 days.  I got over the Kidney infection but ended up with something else.  I lost my appetite. Just about everything I ate came right through me.   I called my doctor and was put on bland diet until my symptoms cleared up.  She did a stool sample which came back OK as well as blood work.  She suspected  the Levaquin had caused Colitis.  I have an appointment next month to have a colonoscopy...but in the mean time.  Today I had a baked potato and came home cramping.  Other symptoms which appeared during this saga include my joints in my fingers hurting and also an occasional tingling around my face.  Thank you in advance for your response.
