Its been a full month with this pain

I have had pain for a full month like this. Spent 7 hrs in emergency room thinking it was related to my Gallbladder/Liver/ Appendix!!! Blood test and CT Scan came up with nothing.  Sever pain in my right side,Started in Gallbladder/Liver Area- very tender. it radiates from right under my breast to my right pelvis/ hip bone! I recall a having this pain before but never for this long. A feeling of Fullness as soon as I take a bite. No severe Constipation or Diarehea to note. At times the pain is in Back near Kidney and other times it feels like something is straingling my right pelvis bone. Then there is sudden pain near the Navel.   I'm lightheaded at times/ with confusion- hoping that just anxiety and hyperventalation due to too much thought to the pain. I have also noticed that I am very tired more than usual. Can this be femal issue?(right ovary) but why the pain in upper abdomine?? why the feeling of fullness??) I am very slender 24/25 inch waist, 45 years old, active. What is this all about????

i have the same problem and im scared because im only 13..the doctors didnt know what it was and i spent the whole night at the emergency room...im really scared for my health....they told me its some kind of infection soon to go sway but obviously not happening.i know its there, the pain...its kind of hard to describe with detail..all i know is hthat it moves around sometimes and hurts when i move into an uncomfortable position...i dont like eating alot anymore.....im always tired and feel weird....again, im really scared...i dont want  it to be anything dangerous or serious...hope the lord keeps me safe...i wish the same unto to you MsGreen....one of the few people i expect to belive that my pain is real...
