I've found some rather remarkable success using TUMERIC!

I've suffered with bleeding ulcerative colitis on and off for many years.  I've found a lot of things that help, but not too long ago, I read that tumeric had anti-inflamatory properties, and was great for relieving the discomfort of arthritis.  I was in the middle of a particularly acute 'attack' of colon inflamation (inflammation), and decided to give it a try, thinking that if Tumeric was good for one type of inflammation, it might help with others. I decided to mix some Tumeric (the ordinary stuff from the grocery store) into some scrambled eggs.  It was a bit more than one might generally add, so it tasted funny, but I was right!  Within a couple of hours, the inflammation, spasms, pain and discomfort significantly reduced and finally stopped.  The next time my colon flaired up, I filled an empty capsule--the kind you get a herb/health food stores to make your own pills--and took it.  It worked even faster and better!  Now I can eat/drink things that used to set my colon off, like fresh raw juices and high fiber cereals without discomfort. 1 capsule daily (as needed) seems to work well for me.

I'm so pleased with the results that I've gotten with tumeric that I want to share it with others who are suffering with this awful disease.

A few other things that have helped me deal with this disease are:

* Flax seeds (daily)
* Chlorophyll tablets (for gas and odor as needed)
* Immunocal (http://www.glutathione.com)(daily)
* Gatorade (1 small glass a day plus lots of water throughout the day)

If I stay on my regimen, I am symptom free.  It's just when I get lazy and don't do what I have to that it really gets me now.  I hope this information offers some relief to others.  Please share it with as many others as you can.  Maybe it can eventually help everyone.

Best Regards...
