I've had nausea for months and my doctors who say my health is normal. Why?

Also, not only has my nausea stuck around for a long time, I do notice very very slight pressure under my rib cage which randomly comes and goes. Also, I've had my right hand go numb once but only momentarily (my hand is back to normal). I've been to the E.R. after experiencing temporary numbness and the doctor says my health is ok. I also get anxiety on a daily basis. I've had blood test, urine test and chest X-rays done at the hospital, all of which came back normal. Is it possible it's all anxiety or is it possible that I have clogged arteries and poor circulation?

Side note:
I brought my cholesterol down from 264 to 200. I'm 5ft 5in and I brought down my weight from 177lbs to 163. My doctor didn't give me high cholesterol/high blood pressure medication because she says I'm too young for it (I'm 32yrs old).

sorry for late response, but yes it is possible its from anxiety.  anxiety and stress can lead to any kind of problem youre experiencing. work with your doctor and or psychiatrist and keep a healthy diet and im sure you'll be all good! but ill always say, dont let someone online diagnose you. for all i know i could be absolutely wrong. it is definitely up to your doctor to tell you what it is.
