JG Tube and Fish Oil

I have a four year old daughter who is a brain cancer and stroke survivor. She is fed through a JG Tube. I want to start giving her liquid fish oil (omega x) through her G tube, because of the reports on stroke recovery and brain health benefits that I have researched. My question is, is it safe to administer this through a JG tube? Any issues with reactivity between the esters and triglycerides in the oil with the silicone in the tube?
