Just diagnosed with Hiatal Heria !!

I have just been diagnosed with a Hiatal Hernia. I am a 32 year old female. I have now been having chest-pain, not burning or heartburn, after i eat or drink at times. Should I be concerned? Can you tell me what hte symptoms, and complications are so I am prepared?? Should I see my doctor about the chest pain?? the pain goes through to my back when I have the pain in the centre of my chest. Thank you for the response...
