Just gas pain

I has had severe stomach pain for 10 years, I haven't been able to eat more the 10 bites of anything since then, I am sure it is gas, but it feels so compacted it feels solid, I took 4 extra strength gasx it was throwing a rock into a pond, I felt the gas ripple but then form a wall again, it is so compacted that I can't expel any of it. Bowel movements cause etreme cramping. I had a colonoscopy   a couple years ago and I think the cleanser I took expelled all of the gas, because it was explosive, I mean papers flying across the room explosive, I don't know if I should try a cleaner again
