Kidenys

I have been going back and forth to the dr for about 2 weeks due to peeing blood. After going thru two rounds of antibotics i am still peeing blood. they have done a cat scan and see i have a bunch of kidney stones but not having pain in my kidneys only abnomial area. Today they went in with a scope in my bladder and didnt find anything. they are running more blood work and a 24 hour urine sample. Can anyone please tell me what may be going on.
