LIVER LESIONS

I WAS JUST DIAGNOSED WITH A LESION ON THE RIGHT LOBE OF MY LIVER THAT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE A CYST BECAUSE OF ITS SIZE. THIS WAS DIAGNOSED FROM A CT SCAN I HAD DONE DUE TO PAIN IN MY LOWER ABDOMEN. I ALSO EXPERIENCE BURNING PAIN UNDER MY RIGHT RIB CAGE THAT RUNS SOMETIMES TO MY BACKSIDE. I AM SCARED TO DEATH OF THIS FINDING. WHAT COULD THIS MEAN. THE DOCTOR IS NOT CLEAR ON THIS NOR THE DIAGNOSIS. THEY WANT TO SET ME UP FOR AN MRI, BUT I AM ALERGIC (allergic) TO SHELL FISH, WILL THE IODINE FROM THE MRI BE BAD FOR ME. DOES THIS SOUND POSSIBLE FOR LIVER CANCER? I HAD ALSO RECENTLY A ENDOSCOPY WITH ABOUT 30 POLYPS IN MY STOMACH. ONLY HALF REMOVED. PLEASE ANY ANSWERS AND SUGGESTION OR QUESTIONS WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL!
