The standard test for leaky gut syndrome is the mannitol and lactulose test.

I do NOT recommend ordering some online tests.

Leaky gut syndrome is usually a result of some well known disorder like celiac disease or small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, or Crohn's disease etc.
