Left hand and left side chest pain

Hello everyone!! I have been an IBS patient since quite long now! I am a 23years old..... Since 4-5 days, I have been having pain on my upperarm(left side), elbow n wrist. I had a similar problem with my right hand 6months back n it was something like a spasm for which i went trough pysiotherapy and got it all treated! But now, I kind of feel breathless as well and my left chest hurts.... I checked myself for any lumps and thanfully,there is nothing! In fact,i even checked with my doc and she said its okie as long as it doesnt hurt when she presses! :)
She even took my blood test....And everything was just about perfect,touchwood!!! All the counts were perfect but when the CPR results came,it was tooo high!!! She said it was way too high than even the maximum limit it should be!! I had taken antibiotcs a month back and she said it could b coz of the same...Or my nuerologic problem or even my IBS! she has given me normal medication for a week and told me to go back... I feel almost normal now,touchwood! :) But my left hand still sort of hurt(its NOT persistant) and I still have the feeling of breathlessness! And now, I have started taking the mixture of Lemon and honey every morn n feel over full even if i have very little food!!! :-| Any idea what is all this about??? Could it be coz of the nerve problem!?!??
