Left side and middle stomach ain

Not sure what to think.  Left side below rib and left side of belly button has stabbing pains.  Not constant.  I have been nauseated for the last couple of days and my stomach has been upset.

I'm having the same problem too. I don't know what it is. I thought my nausea could be stress because i'm in the middle of doing exams but i have pain in the left side of my rib & middle aswell. It's like a cross between a stabbing & aching pain.
